Easy Mignonette for fresh Oysters
1/4 cup Vinegar (We reccomend chardonnay vinegar)
1/2 cup minced shallots
White pepper (Optional)
Simply combine these ingredients into a small dish and refridgerate until chilled.
Incases where shell or sand is found in the oyster we recommend rinsing the oysters in salt water
