Fresh Wildkare Oysters Jumbo Size Pacific Oysters
They're plump, large and full of flavour - not too much on the salty side.
Enjoy them raw or cooked. We love them raw with a squeeze of lemon and salt or with Mignonette. We have included a simple Mignonette recipe below. 

• Fresh 1/2 Shell Pacific Oysters
• Order by the dozen
• Available Live or 1/2 shell
• Harvested from Waikare, Bay of Islands

Easy Mignonette for fresh Oysters

• 1/4 cup Vinegar (We reccomend chardonnay vinegar)
• 1/2 cup minced shallots
• White pepper (Optional)

Simply combine these ingredients into a small dish and refridgerate until chilled.
