We are still taking online seafood orders but are limited to urban addresses only around NZ.

To our local customers

Unfortunately our Napier and Hastings Stores are closed so we encourage that you order online too. We have a team dedicated to processing and helping you place your order. If you or someone you know does not have access to online ordering we are also taking phone orders and processing Credit Card payments.

Potential order dispatch delays

We have seen a huge spike in orders due to the COVID-19 lockdown. In saying that we have placed a high priority on maintaining the safest possible work environment for our staff. This means we have not been able to increase staff numbers (and are in fact working with a much smaller team than usual) to cater for the increase in demand over the past few days so your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

Despite the smaller team and higher demand,  please allow us an additional 1-2 days for your order to be shipped. Our online sales team will endeavour to contact anyone affected by delays. 

Courier Services

Please note our couriers service will leave the orders by the door to avoid any contact to decrease any risk during this time. So please avoid any contact.

As we are limited to shipping to Urban addresses (No Rural Delivery at present, sorry) only during the level 4 lockdown, you can check with NZ Couriers what service type your address requires.
